About The Program
Join our teachers online for a fun, structured group lesson! Ages 8-11.
Good technique will ensure a dancer's longevity, prevent injuries, build strength and flexibility, and refine movement quality. All of which provide dancers with the ability to dance use correct body placement and alignment and beautiful lines. Reduce stress and tension. Increase energy and improve strength. Increase muscle tone and coordination.
