Do I need to call a specific location, or will either number work? +
Either number is fine — our staff can assist you with registration, scheduling, and questions for both locations. Call whichever is most convenient, or use the contact form above.
How quickly do you respond to messages? +
We aim to respond to all inquiries within two business days. During peak registration periods (September and January), it may take slightly longer — but we'll always get back to you.
What's the best way to book a trial lesson? +
You can register for a trial directly through our registration page, or reach out by phone or this contact form and we'll set one up for you. Trial lessons run for 4 weeks with no commitment required.
Can I request a specific teacher? +
Yes! If you have a preference, just mention it when you contact us or in the registration form. We'll do our best to accommodate, based on teacher availability and your schedule.
Do you offer online lessons? +
Yes — online lessons are available for music programs across Ontario. In-studio lessons are available at our Brampton locations. Just let us know your preference when you reach out.
What if I need to cancel or miss a lesson? +
For private lessons, make-up credits are available — notify us before 9 am on the day of your lesson. Make-up credits can be used up to 5 times per year. Please contact the studio directly for our full cancellation policy.
